Grace Melo

Grace Melo is the Executive Director of HR, QHSE, and Compliance at MRO Ativa, the largest MRO in Brazil. Grace is also the founder of a consulting company focused on human and organizational development. Previously, they held multiple roles at Petrobras Distribuidora S.A., where they led initiatives in planning, training, and organizational culture. Grace completed a Master’s Degree in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Culture and an MBA in Marketing, enhancing their expertise in leadership and change management.
