Mamtha Singh began their career at Paññã in 2016 as a Product Analyst and Jr. Analyst. In 2021, they joined mroads as a Product Lead and was responsible for developing analytical insights around the customer experience and how product impacts the service delivery.
Mamtha Singh is currently enrolled in the Data Driven Product Management program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow since 2021. Previously, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Institutions (GNI) between 2012 and 2016. Before that, they completed their schooling from St. Martins high school between 2007 and 2010. Mamtha has also obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Business Professional in July 2020, from Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in May 2020, and from Google as a Google Analytics certification.
