Hal Howell

Hal Howell is an accomplished professional in the packaging and commercial sectors, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at MRP Solutions since May 2025. Prior to this role, Howell spent over 14 years at Amcor in various leadership positions, including Global Commercial Excellence Lead and Vice President for Rigid Packaging, specializing in sales and marketing across multiple sectors. Howell has a strong background in developing strategies for growth and sales effectiveness, and has contributed to global initiatives in both sales and procurement excellence. Additionally, Howell has been involved with the MSU Research Foundation as a governance board member for the SHAPE initiative, and has held engineering and management roles at companies such as GOJO Industries, Kraft Foods, and Procter & Gamble. Education includes an MBA from Baker College, a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University, and executive leadership training from Harvard Business School.
