MRP Technical Consulting is an Australian specialist air quality consultancy that delivers senior-led air quality services to the biggest players across all critical sectors.

We provide independent advice, technical assessment, and consulting services to support regulatory referrals, works approvals, and licence compliance. This includes air quality impact assessments, atmospheric dispersion modelling, monitoring and testing, and environmental approvals support.

With MRP, you'll tap into the insight and judgement that has guided Australia's largest projects for over 25 years. MRP was founded by Martin Parsons, a CASANZ-certified air quality practitioner with nearly three decades of experience providing air quality expertise to both government and private sector clients. Martin has delivered hundreds of projects, including projects of state significance, and is known for independent, technically robust advice across science, policy, and regulation.
In our experience, large or complex projects bring compliance challenges of equal proportions. Our team is trusted by Australia's biggest players because of our track record of solving these challenges, time and time again.
