Austen Ballmann

Austen Ballmann is an experienced Quality Manager currently employed at MRPC since January 2023. Previously, Austen held the Quality Manager and Automotive Quality Engineer positions at Techniplas from August 2020 to December 2022, overseeing various quality assurance tasks for OEM automotive customers, including PPAPs, capability studies, and process flow diagrams. Prior to that, Austen served as an Account Engineer at Engineering Resource Center from January 2018 to July 2020, co-managing operations and handling project management. Austen's career began as an Engineer Intern at Plastic Components, Inc., from May 2015 to September 2017, focusing on plastic injection molding. Austen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2017.
