John Schlump has extensive experience in financial management and executive leadership across various industries. Schlump began a career at General Electric as a cost accountant before moving on to significant roles at Johnson Controls, Motoren Werke Mannheim - Murphy Diesel Company as Vice President of Finance, and Schmidt Engineering and Equipment Company, where responsibilities included leading the company through a pre-packaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Schlump demonstrated transformative leadership as President and CEO of several companies, including Arrow Company, Inc. and The Olson Company, focusing on business model changes and financial turnarounds. As Senior Vice President and CFO of MOLDED RUBBER AND PLASTIC CORPORATION, Schlump played a critical role in financial strategy. Currently serving as a consultant and fractional CFO, Schlump is dedicated to helping small to mid-size privately held businesses enhance profitability, restructure financially, and improve organizational effectiveness.
