Joyce Assis has accumulated diverse experience in quality assessment and digital solutions within the transportation and mining industries. Beginning as an Assessora de Qualidade at Minera Jr from August 2017 to December 2018, Joyce then moved to Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto as a Bolsista until March 2019. Subsequent roles included Estagiária de Processo e Qualidade at Anglo American (July 2019 - March 2020) and Trainee, Consultant, and Consultor sênior at EY from August 2020 to July 2021. Currently, Joyce serves as Especialista em Soluções Digitais | Transporte Ferroviário at MRS Logística since June 2025. Joyce holds a degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto and is pursuing an MBA in Business Management at MBA USP/Esalq from 2024 to 2026.
