Naila Awan

Naila Awan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management across various sectors and countries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at MRS Technologies since March 2022, Naila leads recruitment efforts for a global clientele. Previously, Naila held roles such as HR Manager at i engineering Group and Talent Acquisition HR Manager at TreeHouse, focusing on IT and telecom hiring. Naila’s earlier experience includes positions at The Aman Foundation, Teach For Pakistan, and internships at First Women Bank and PNS Shifa Hospital, emphasizing recruitment processes and psychological assessments. Naila Awan holds a Bachelor of Science in Organisational Psychology from Bahria University.
