Jon Rose

Jon Rose, MBA, currently serves as the Finance and Administration Manager at MRSC, where an 85% revenue increase was achieved over seven years through strategic funding initiatives and the successful launch of a Public Works program serving over 4,000 staff. Previously, Jon held positions at DaVita as a Project Manager, where efforts included leading analytics for a major legal case resulting in a $528 million settlement, and automating revenue operations to save $85,000 annually. Earlier experience at BNY Mellon involved serving as Lead Performance Analyst, mentoring a team, providing critical analytics, and driving efficiency projects. Jon holds an MBA in Leadership and a BBA in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
