Thamires Costa

Thamires Costa began their career as a young apprentice at Companhia Pernambucana de Saneamento in 2013, where they developed crucial skills in administration. They were later promoted to Supervisor of Contracts, leading a team of over 30 people and honing their leadership abilities. Seeking new challenges, Thamires transitioned to the renewable energy sector as a Customer Retention Assistant before advancing to roles at MRV, where they now serve as Sales Manager, refining their expertise in performance analysis and sales strategies. Thamires holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and is pursuing an MBA in Sales Management at USP/Esalq.
