Libo Yang

Libo Yang has extensive work experience in the engineering field. They are currently serving as the Director of Engineering at MS Directional since June 2019. Prior to this, Libo worked at Schlumberger for almost 18 years, holding various positions including Principle Electrical Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, and Project Lead. Libo also worked as an Electrical Engineer at EPRI (Electrical Power Research Institute), China from 1995 to 1998.

Libo Yang completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University in the years 1988 to 1992. Libo then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University during the period of 1992 to 1995. Libo Yang continued their academic journey by earning a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University between 1999 and 2001.
