Joe Hull

Joe Hull, PE, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at MS Technology, Inc., providing operational guidance and strategic direction since May 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Project Engineering Manager at Amentum, where Joe managed design activities for significant environmental cleanup projects, including serving as Design Authority on the $250M Outfall 200 Mercury Treatment Facility. Previously at MS Technology from 2011 to 2020, Joe held various positions including Director of Engineering Programs, Business Development Manager, and Senior Structural Engineer, leading engineering initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships. Joe's career began as a Civil Engineer at Aerostar SES LLC and a Civil Structural Engineer at Bechtel Power Corporation, contributing to major construction projects and process improvements. Joe Hull earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
