Tom Dagerman

Tom Dagerman serves as the Global Director of FGFD Systems Solutions at MSA - The Safety Company since February 2014, leading efforts to grow flame and gas systems solutions with a sustained 9% CAGR. Dagerman manages MSA’s controller offerings and global systems solutions teams, overseeing over $65M USD in annual revenue and a team of 50 across six global hubs. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager at General Monitors Systems, where Dagerman was a founding shareholder, and as Operations Manager at Detection Systems, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, a JD from Loyola Law School, and a BS in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
