Simon Crawley Msc

Simon Crawley MSc currently serves as a Senior Consultant at MSAB since September 2017, leading global projects to enhance digital forensics systems for law enforcement agencies and pioneering a groundbreaking digital transformation process for a consortium of five English police services. Previously, Crawley was the Digital Forensics Lead at the Metropolitan Police from October 2008 to September 2017, where notable achievements included establishing a specialist counter-terrorism unit focused on digital forensic capabilities and serving as the national lead in digital forensic intelligence. Prior roles include Police Sergeant at the Metropolitan Police and Overseas Security Manager for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring the security of UK government personnel in Israel and the Palestinian Territories. Crawley holds a Master of Science in Forensic Computing and Cyber Crime Investigations from University College Dublin, along with a certification as a Network Security Specialist.
