Jon Gustafsson serves as the Head of Development & Innovation Section in Critical Communications at MSB. They have held various roles at MSB, including Enhetschef in the department of cybersecurity and communication services, as well as acting unit manager for cybersecurity and secure communications. Previously, Jon worked as a manager at Telenor from 2010 to 2015. Jon's educational background includes degrees in Political Science and Leadership under stressful conditions from Försvarshögskolan, and they are currently pursuing an Executive Education program in AI for Business Leaders at the Stockholm School of Economics.
