Stefan H.

Stefan H. has extensive experience in fire safety and emergency management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently working as a Handläggare at MSB from January 2019 to November 2024, Stefan focuses on quality in education supporting municipal fire services and has previously served as a Flygsamordnare for MSB's internal aviation organization. Prior to this, Stefan was a Brandmästare and Brandman at Räddningstjänsten Västra Blekinge from May 2004 to May 2011, where responsibilities included operational leadership and coordination of emergency response. Stefan also held several roles at MSB from February 2013 to December 2018, including Lead Teacher, training officers in the rescue services. Earlier in the career, Stefan served as a Brandman in various capacities, including at Räddningskåren i Ronneby and Brandkåren i Karlshamn, complemented by formal education in fire safety from the Swedish Rescue Service Agency and a background in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Currently involved in a joint initiative between MSB and Försvarsmakten, Stefan is focused on enhancing military-civilian cooperation in total defense contexts.
