Joad Hamed

Joad Hamed is the owner of American Discount Cruises & Travel, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of over 40 employees and more than 50 independent contractors since March 2003. Key responsibilities include managing corporate finances, vendor relations, strategic partnerships, and leading digital and print marketing initiatives, targeting an international customer base through various commerce channels. Additionally, Joad served as Vice President in a previous role, focusing on website development and expanding the company's sales and marketing efforts from local to national audiences. Joad is also a member of the MSC Cruises Travel Agent Advisory Board and previously served on the Royal Caribbean Travel Agent Advisory Board. Joad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Psychology and Biology from Rutgers University.
