Kevin Wiesner

Chief Creative Officer (cco) at MSCHF

Kevin Wiesner has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. In 2012, they worked as a Design Intern at ION Design, followed by a Design Internship at Trevor Paglen Studio in 2013, where they contributed to the concept and preliminary designs of the Orbital Reflector sculpture.

In 2014, Wiesner co-founded Hello Velocity, a digital studio known for creating socially relevant and culturally important work. Kevin served as the Co-Founder and Creative Director of the studio until 2019. During this time, they worked on various projects in marketing, web design, product design, and art. Hello Velocity spread its content through online networks and gained recognition for its eccentric style.

In 2014, Wiesner also had a brief Design Internship at Locus Analytics. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Artist in Residence at the New Museum of Contemporary Art as part of the second New Inc cohort. New Inc is a multidisciplinary incubator that supports creative practitioners who combine art, technology, and business.

Wiesner's most recent position was at MSCHF Internet Studios, where they took on the role of Chief Creative Officer (CCO) starting in 2019. The duration of this position is ongoing and no end date is provided.

Kevin Wiesner attended Germantown Friends School from 1998 to 2010, where they completed their high school education. In 2010, they enrolled in the Brown/RISD Dual Degree Program, studying Industrial Design and Engineering, and earning a BFA and BA. During this time, they also attended Brown University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering. Additionally, they attended the Rhode Island School of Design, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design.
