Aurélien Perez is currently an Associate in Index Investment Research at MSCI Inc., having previously worked as a Quantitative Researcher at Compass Financial Technologies. Aurélien completed a Master's degree in Actuarial Science at Université de Strasbourg with highest honors and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same institution. With a keen interest in mathematics, probability, and quantitative finance, Aurélien has recently focused on applying reinforcement learning to finance. Additionally, Aurélien has gained hands-on experience through various internships, including roles in actuarial research and quantitative investment strategies.
