Biju Thomas

Biju Thomas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and technology, currently serving as Executive Director at MSCI Inc. since July 2014, where expertise in risk and performance measurement is applied to provide institutional investors with research-driven insights. Prior to this role, Biju held the position of Vice President - HR Technology at Momenta and was responsible for product management within a technology company focused on optimizing operations and profitability. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional HRIS Lead for Asia Pacific at Motorola Mobility and Assistant Manager of Information Systems at Sasken, where substantial contributions to SAP HR module implementations were made. Biju began a career in human resources with Carrier Corporation, managing performance appraisals and employee benefit programs. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Calicut.
