Guillermo Cano

Guillermo Cano is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Americas Index Solutions Research and Front-End Equity Applications and Head of ESG & Climate Equity Index Solutions Research at MSCI Inc. since October 2016, holding the position of Executive Director. Prior to MSCI, Guillermo was the Director of Alternatively Weighted Products at FTSE Russell from July 2003 to October 2016. Earlier in his career, Guillermo worked as a Portfolio Manager at Alistar Capital from 1998 to 2002 and served as an Assistant Treasurer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 1992 to June 1996. Guillermo Cano holds degrees from the UW Foster School of Business and the University of Miami.
