Jay D.

Jay D. currently serves as Managing Director and Head of AI Products and OneMSCI Equity at MSCI Inc., a position held since November 2012. In this role, Jay D. focuses on developing advanced investment management solutions that integrate MSCI's Index, ESG, Climate, and Analytics product lines. Prior to MSCI, Jay D. worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President, where an optimized distributed platform was designed to improve portfolio construction efficiency significantly. Earlier experience includes an Investment Associate position at Putnam Investments, where a performance attribution system was developed to enhance accuracy in performance evaluation. Jay D. holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University.
