Jim Costello

Jim Costello is the Head of Real Estate Economics and Chief Economist at MSCI, where they focus on providing insights into real estate market dynamics. Previously, they served as Managing Director of Investment Research at CBRE and held several roles at CBRE and Econometric Advisors, including Director of Investment Strategy. They also worked as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant and Senior Vice President at MSCI. Jim's career began with an internship at DuPage County and included a position as Senior Strategist at CBRE / Torto Wheaton Research, where they managed key client research relationships. They earned a BS in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
