Jonathan Ponder

Jonathan Ponder is a seasoned professional in corporate governance research, currently serving as Vice President at MSCI Inc. since January 2022, where prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Associate in the same field. Jonathan's expertise was further developed during a brief corporate project focused on U.S. expansion at SIX in mid-2021. Previous positions at Kingsdale Advisors, encompassing Analyst, Associate, and Senior Associate roles in Governance Advisory, contributed to a robust foundation in shareholder advisory. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Geology from Dalhousie University.
