Jonathan Procter

Jonathan Procter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Legal Entity Controlling and Finance Operations at MSCI Inc. since May 1999. Procter's responsibilities encompass oversight of a global team of 100 finance staff, along with comprehensive legal entity financial reporting, international tax compliance, and finance operations activities. Procter's previous positions include leading the global Treasury management function from 2015 to 2017 and involvement in various acquisition due diligence teams. Prior to MSCI Inc., Procter worked as a Business Unit Controller at Morgan Stanley and as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Procter holds an ACA from ICAEW and a Master’s degree in French & International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
