Kurt Ebner

Kurt Ebner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in program management and technology strategy. Currently serving as Chief of Staff, Program Management at MSCI Inc. since 2021, Kurt is focused on modernizing risk analytics and data experiences for customers. Previously, as Managing Director at MUFG, Kurt enhanced process improvements that facilitated Agile development. At Morgan Stanley, Kurt held multiple key roles including Director of Program Management and COO of Prime Services Technology, overseeing substantial technology portfolios and directing large teams. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at RiskMetrics Group and various executive roles in smaller firms, showcasing a strong background in operations, strategic integration, and client management. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Union College.
