Michela Rota

Michela Rota is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in sales and client coverage in the ESG and climate sectors. Since August 2017, Michela has served as Executive Director and Head of ESG & Climate Sales for Southern & Eastern Europe at MSCI Inc., previously holding roles such as Senior Associate and Vice President in similar capacities. Prior to MSCI, Michela worked at Bloomberg LP, where responsibilities included Index & Portfolio Sales Specialist and Sales Associate, focusing on indices, portfolio, and risk analytics in Italy and Iberia. Early career experience includes a position as Fixed Income Assistant Sales at Credit Suisse, providing support for sales operations and market analysis. Michela holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from Università Bocconi.
