Rong Cai

Rong (Doris) Cai is an experienced professional in software engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as Vice President at MSCI Inc. since September 2013, specializing in system and performance testing for investment risk and performance attribution platforms. Previously, Rong held the role of QA Lead for the Barra portfolio management and investment risk platform at MSCI Inc. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Thomson Reuters, focusing on quality assurance for Fixed Income products, and as a Quality Engineer at Pactera, conducting service pack function tests for Citrix Xenapp. Rong holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Beihang University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Shenyang Agricultural University.
