Steven Ng, CFA, FRM, SCR, is currently serving as Vice President and Analytics Specialist at MSCI Inc. since October 2019, where expertise in portfolio management, equity research, and hedge funds across the Asia Pacific region is applied. Responsibilities include advising clients on complex portfolio management use cases, leading the MSCI APAC Quant Committee, and representing MSCI at industry conferences and webinars. Prior to MSCI, Steven held the position of Consulting Manager at FactSet from January 2015 to September 2019, managing a team of consultants and overseeing a substantial book of business while specializing in portfolio construction and quant strategy. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance from The University of Hong Kong, having graduated in 2014.
