Tony Maffei

Tony Maffei, CAIA, FRM, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director at MSCI Inc. since July 2010, where leadership encompasses a global team managing over 100 clients, including major sovereign wealth funds and hedge fund consultants. Previously, Tony held the position of Vice President Risk Management, focusing on building robust relationships within the investment community. Prior to MSCI, Tony worked at J.P. Morgan from April 2006 to July 2010 as a Vice President and Risk Analyst, where responsibilities included modeling and analyzing hedge funds and managing risk for a significant state pension fund. Initial professional experience as a Credit and A/R Analyst at Kravet involved creating financial reports and analyzing public company statements. Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York.
