Troy Clough

Troy Clough is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Executive Director and Counsel at MSCI Inc. since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team of six attorneys and overseeing all client-facing agreements in the Americas. Previously, Troy held the position of Senior Counsel at Markit from July 2013 to August 2016, leading the legal aspects of the Managed Services Division, which encompassed services related to document management and tax compliance. From February 2007 to July 2013, Troy worked as Assistant General Counsel at Knight Capital Group, providing corporate legal services and overseeing the fixed income electronic trading platform. Earlier in Troy's career, experience as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from September 2002 to May 2006 involved handling M&A transactions and corporate matters.
