Ana Hau

Ana Hau is a Programme Manager for Māori Partnerships and Programmes at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), where they focus on Māori communities and partnerships. Previously, they held various roles within MSD as a Program Manager, Case Management Specialist, and Project Manager, and they served as an Advisor at both the Tertiary Education Commission and Careers New Zealand. Ana also has experience as a Director and Designer at anahau - Fashions from 2009 to 2014 and worked as an Interpreter for the New Zealand Qualifications Authority from 2009 to 2016. They possess multiple degrees, including a Bachelor’s in Fashion/Apparel Design from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Education from Auckland College of Education, while currently participating in the Te Aratiatia Leadership Programme focused on Project Management.
