Bayan H. has been working at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) since May 2017, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager in the Information Group. Bayan has held various roles within MSD, including Principal GM Advisor, Senior Contracts Advisor, and Emergency Housing Case Manager. Responsibilities have included aiding clients with housing needs, advising on financial entitlements, and facilitating educational pathways in collaboration with UCOL. Prior experience includes serving as an Advisor at Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission and as a Business Analyst at Baithnon City Council, where Bayan analyzed the economic impact of war on infrastructure. Additionally, experience as an Educational Advisor with the United Nations focused on ensuring access to education in conflict zones.
