Cathryn Monro is a Principal Advisor at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), where they focus on leadership development. Since becoming self-employed in 1991, Cathryn has worked as an educator and scriptwriter, promoting literacy through Duffy Books in Homes for over a decade. They have also contributed to reflective practice processes across various sectors, including education and sports, while authoring "Spilt Milk Yoga," a guide for mothers navigating the challenges of parenting. Cathryn holds a Master of Fine Arts from Elam School of Fine Arts and has extensive experience as an exhibiting artist.
