Felicity Drader is an experienced communications professional with a track record in client and internal communications, digital communications, and change management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Client and Internal Communications at the Ministry of Social Development since July 2016, Felicity has held various roles including Manager of Digital Communications and Change & Communications Lead for the Simplification Programme. Prior to this, Felicity was Business Director at bcg2 and served as Consultant for various clients, including the Ministry of Education and Assignment Group. Felicity's earlier experience includes account management positions at Saatchi & Saatchi and M&C Saatchi, as well as roles at Y&R and the Accident Compensation Corporation. Felicity holds an Advanced Diploma in Broadcasting, Radio from the New Zealand Broadcasting School.
