James Weeks is a passionate designer and collaborator deeply engaged with the Wellington design community. They began their career as an intern at Bettle and Associates in 2016, where they gained experience in concept design and client communication. In 2018, they served as a User Experience Designer for Techweek NZ, creating a Virtual Reality project that transformed statistical information into an engaging experience. From 2019 to 2026, James took on multiple roles at the Ministry of Social Development, ultimately leading a team of UX designers for a national employment platform. Currently, they are a Senior Product Designer at Deloitte, continuing to contribute their expertise to the field. James holds a high school degree from Lindisfarne College, which they completed in 2015.
