Jono Arrell

Jono Arrell is a Principal Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Social Development in New Zealand, with a strong background in public policy focused on employment, labour markets, and welfare. Jono previously held roles as a Policy Analyst and Senior Policy Analyst within the same ministry, as well as a Policy Advisor intern at Dunedin City Council. They have also served as the Vice President and Executive Director of the New Zealand division of The Organization for World Peace, where they expanded advocacy efforts and improved internal processes. Jono holds a Master of Politics with Distinction from the University of Otago and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Statistics at Massey University.
