Justine Cornwall is the Director of the Office of the DCE at Disability Support Services, where they currently lead initiatives to enhance service delivery for disabled individuals. Previously, Justine served as the Executive Director for the Royal Commission into Covid Lessons Learned at the Department of Internal Affairs and was the Establishment Director for the Ministry for Disabled People. With extensive experience in policy management across various sectors, they held multiple leadership roles within the Ministry of Social Development and contributed to significant projects, including the establishment of housing and employment policies during the COVID-19 response. Justine earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
