Roger Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in integrity and anti-corruption investigations. They served as a Detective Sergeant with NZ Police from 1985 to 2000, focusing on serious crime investigations, and later worked as Operations Manager for the Taranaki Rugby Football Union until 2008. From 2008 to 2022, Roger held roles as Investigator and Regional Manager Fraud, eventually becoming a Senior Investigator in the Integrity Unit at the Ministry of Social Development. Currently, they are the Company Director at Global Protection Specialists NZ Ltd and an Anti Corruption Consultant with Per4rm Ltd, specializing in anti-corruption processes for national sporting organizations.
