Serena Curtis is the General Manager of Pacific and Community Capability at the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), a position held since 2019. Before joining MSD, Serena served as a Programme Manager with the District Health Boards New Zealand from 2008 to 2019 and was the Director at SV8 Consulting Limited during the same period. Serena earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Victoria University of Wellington between 2005 and 2007.
