Shelley Stephens is currently the Engagement Lead for Climate Change Policy, having held various communication and engagement roles at the Ministry of Social Development from 2020 to 2021. Previously, Shelley served as a Business Pursuit Coordinator at Grant Thornton New Zealand Ltd in 2019 and worked as a Comms Advisor at Regional Public Health during the same year. Shelley also has extensive experience in marketing and public relations, having consulted for Sue Wood and Associates and served as Wellington Manager for the Trans-Tasman Business Circle from 2011 to 2016. With a diverse background in strategic communications, Shelley has contributed to various organizations including L'Oréal and the Office of Hon. Murray McCully.
