Tracey Smith is the Regional Commissioner for the Waikato, dedicated to delivering social and economic outcomes for the region by collaborating with Crown agencies, local government, and Iwi. With a passion for coaching and empowering individuals, Tracey has over 20 years of leadership experience, bringing strategic insight and operational excellence to their roles. Previously, they served as the Regional Commissioner for Auckland North West and as the Centralised Services Manager at the Ministry of Social Development. In recent years, Tracey held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Business Trust.
