Vitale Lafaele

Vitale (VJ) Lafaele is a Principal Advisor at the Ministry of Social Development, with over 40 years of experience in policing, government, and corporate sectors. They have held various senior leadership roles, including Area Commander and Commander of specialized units within the NZ Police, as well as positions at Westpac and Auckland Business Chamber. As a TEDx speaker and author, Vitale focuses on leadership development, diversity, and motivational speaking through their work with Impactful Conversations and Celebrity Speakers New Zealand. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Massey University and a Diploma of Police Studies.
