William Yang

William Yang is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst currently with the Ministry of Social Development since July 2022, previously holding similar roles at the Ministry of Health New Zealand and the Capital & Coast and Hutt Valley District Health Boards. With extensive experience in financial systems and analysis, William has served as a Financial Systems Technical Lead and Senior Analyst, contributing significantly to various governmental organizations including the Ministry of Education and the Tertiary Education Commission. William holds a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration, specializing in Accounting and Money & Finance, both from Victoria University of Wellington.
