Damien Monaghan is currently the Senior Director and Site Quality Head at MSD Ireland in Dunboyne, County Meath, a position held since 2022. Previously, Damien served as Director of Quality at Aerie Pharmaceuticals from 2018 to 2022 and held several roles in quality assurance and control at Alkermes Pharma Ireland Ltd. and Wyeth Biotech. Damien earned a BSc in Analytical Science from Dublin City University and an MSc in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology from Trinity College, Dublin. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Quality Federation.
