Dong Yang

Dong Yang is a Senior Scientist in AS&T at MSD Ireland, where they focus on advanced scientific research. They previously held positions as a Characterisation Scientist at Pfizer and an Associate Research Scientist at PPD. They completed a PhD in organic chemistry at Dublin City University, where their dissertation explored enzymatic conversion of biomass. Dong also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Biotechnology Department at Dublin City University and conducted research at the Centre for Synthesis and Chemical Biology at University College Dublin. Their academic journey includes master's degrees in Medicine Chemistry and Green Chemistry from Zhejiang University of Technology and the University of York, respectively.
