James Martin has extensive experience in bioprocessing and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Bioprocess Associate at MSD Ireland since October 2025, following a role as a Bioprocess Associate at Bristol Myers Squibb from August 2021 to October 2025. Prior to these positions, James held various management and advisory roles, including Site Manager and EHS Advisor at JJ Rhatigan & Company from May 2017 to September 2019, and EHS Advisor at Wills Bros Ltd from November 2014 to April 2016.
