Laura Conway

Laura Conway is a highly experienced professional in the field of quality assurance and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in QA Systems and Compliance at MSD Ireland since September 2025. Prior to this role, Laura worked at WuXi Biologics from August 2021 to September 2025, progressing from QA Compliance Specialist to Senior QA Compliance Specialist. Laura's career began at Aerie Pharmaceuticals as a Quality and Regulatory Compliance Specialist from June 2020 to August 2021, followed by a position as a Quality Documentation Controller at TEG Ireland from June 2018 to April 2020. Laura holds an MSc in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs from the Institute of Technology, Carlow (2019-2020) and a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical, Health and Life Sciences from University College Dublin (2014-2018), complemented by an Erasmus Exchange program at Lund University in 2017.
