Chawan A. Qadir is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently serving as the HR Lead at mselect since April 2025, Chawan has previously held positions such as Talent Acquisition Advisor in a freelance capacity from January 2023 to March 2025 and Human Resources Officer at the Danish Refugee Council from December 2019 to August 2022. Prior roles include Senior HR/Admin Officer at Doctors Aid Medical Activities (DAMA) and H.G.R.D, as well as HR/Admin Officer at Air Cargo for logistics.
