Ian Wilkinson

Ian Wilkinson currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at mselect, where responsibilities include overseeing business development and strategic growth initiatives across the Middle East, with a focus on client acquisition and tailored recruitment solutions. Previously, Ian held various roles at Airswift from January 2011 to September 2023, including Regional Sales Director for Global Employment & Mobility and Country Director, managing substantial budgets and leading a team in complex negotiations. Early career experience includes positions as a Recruitment Consultant at MPH and NES Fircroft, where Ian developed client relationships and managed recruitment processes in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas sectors, and as a Trainee Recruiter at Atlan, achieving significant billing targets. Ian holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Property Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
